Important: Lumani Impact may sell digital products (downloads) and, where applicable, physical products. The rules may differ depending on the type of product purchased.

2. Digital Products (Downloads): Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Immediate Delivery and Cancellation Rights

Digital products, including guides, files, and downloadable materials, are generally made available immediately after payment confirmation through the order confirmation page and/or by email.

Because these are digital goods, cancellation rights may no longer apply once delivery has started and the customer has agreed to immediate access to the content.

2.2 Cases Where a Refund May Be Considered

Lumani Impact may review refund requests for digital products on a case-by-case basis, especially in the following situations:

  • a verified technical issue preventing access to or use of the file which cannot be resolved by support;
  • an accidental duplicate purchase of the same product;
  • an incorrect charge or payment processing error;
  • verified fraud or an unauthorised transaction, subject to review.

2.3 Cases Where Refunds Are Normally Not Available

As a general rule, refunds will not be granted where:

  • the file has already been downloaded, accessed, or used, except where there is a material technical defect;
  • the request is based solely on a change of mind after access has been provided;
  • there are signs of misuse, unauthorised sharing, or attempts to obtain the product without payment.

2.4 How to Request Support or a Refund

  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • the product name;
  • a detailed description of the issue;
  • screenshots or evidence, where applicable.

Our usual response time is 1 to 2 business days.

3. Physical Products: Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

If a customer requests cancellation before dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to stop processing the order. If the order has not yet been shipped, the amount paid may be refunded, less any non-refundable third-party fees where legally permitted.

3.2 Cancellation Rights for Physical Goods

For physical products, customers may have a right to cancel within the applicable legal period after receiving the goods, subject to any lawful exceptions such as personalised items, perishable goods, or sealed hygiene-related products once opened.

3.3 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item should:

  • be in a condition showing no significant use beyond reasonable inspection;
  • include original accessories, parts, and packaging where possible;
  • be returned securely and appropriately packaged.

3.4 Items That May Not Be Returnable

  • personalised or custom-made items;
  • sealed goods opened after delivery where hygiene or health protection applies;
  • gift cards;
  • items clearly marked as final sale, clearance final, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3.5 Return Shipping Costs

Where the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will normally be the customer's responsibility. Where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Lumani Impact may cover return shipping or offer an appropriate alternative remedy, depending on the circumstances.

Once approved, refunds will be processed as quickly as reasonably possible. The time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Where applicable, exchanges are subject to stock availability. In many cases, the fastest solution may be to return an eligible item and place a new order separately.
