Digital products are generally delivered immediately after payment confirmation.

  • a download link shown on the order confirmation page;
  • an email sent to the address provided at checkout.

If you cannot locate your digital product, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

3. Shipping Methods for Physical Products

Where physical products are available, the following delivery methods may be offered:

3.1 Royal Mail 48 Tracked

  • Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 business days
  • Cost: Free
  • Notes: Tracked shipping method, subject to destination and availability.

3.2 Royal Mail 24 Tracked

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days
  • Cost: £4.90
  • Notes: Tracked shipping method with a faster estimated delivery timeframe.

4. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, promotions, holidays, or security review processes, order handling may take longer than usual.

5. Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • adverse weather conditions;
  • carrier disruptions or strikes;
  • high demand during promotional periods;
  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • operational issues or additional checks by the carrier.

Where available, tracking information may be provided after dispatch of a physical order.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and complete. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge an additional shipping fee for redelivery or apply the terms set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
